T-Bone Chinese American Restaurant

I am originally from Hong Kong and finding food that is like what I grew up with is hard in Springville and Spanish Fork. This place definitely brings a smile to my face as it reminds me of the food I grew up with. The waiter also spoke Cantonese, my native tongue, and was kind and nice. The service was quick and the food is freshly made. Ambience could use some updating but is part of the fun with this restaurant as it still has decor from when it was an old steak house with record labels on the wall. It is a very cool time capsule for exploring.

Best takeout Chinese food around! I grew up in SoCal and have had the hardest time finding a good Chinese restaurant until I found this place! Don’t be put off by the dated and grimey interior- just call in your order and take it home. Orange chicken is a great balance of sweet/tangy with just a hint of spice. If you want some saucy chicken with veggies the cashew chicken is great! Enjoy!

Definitely a hometown place that isn't really near anything else. The price is a little more than other similar places, but the quantity was a surprising amount. The food came out really quickly. And boy was it good! Definitely worth a try if you're in the mood for some good food.

I hate to leave this review because I love T-bone and I’ve eaten there many times and enjoyed their food. I’m not sure what changed today. I haven’t eaten there in several months maybe even a year. I ordered takeout which I’ve done many times but the beef was so chewy I couldn’t eat it. The chicken was better, but still not as good as normal. When I went to eat the rice it had a long hair in it. I hope this is a one off, but it’s not the T-bone that I’ve eaten in the past. I tried to call management to file this by phone and the person on the phone couldn’t understand that I wanted to talk to the manager or that I wanted to file a complaint. I finally just gave up.

I normally don't like doing reviews on places I go to eat but trust me, people need to know what’s going on in this restaurant before visiting. Worst restaurant ever. Food looks gross, the flavors weren’t there. Higiene in this place is no where to be found (seriously don’t even try to go to the bathroom) The waitress was rude and sarcastic. We asked questions about the menu and she asked us if we don’t know how to read. This restaurant did not met my expectations. I couldn’t eat my dinner, it was just not worth the risk to get salmonella poisoning for eating raw sweet and sour chicken. The rice was the only decent thing on my plate but it was wet with sauce of some sort because of the way the serve the plate. I DO NOT recommend it.
