Sylmar Branch Library

I was there briefly, because the beautiful librarian helped me print some papers from my email. Now I'm gonna go back and get a book just to have a conversation with her. I might even be brave enough to ask her name! And the security officer was friendly as well.

Small, but has everything and tends to be nicer staff than your usual public building.

I agree with some comments, staff don't really say anything to loud people, sometimes on the phone or having a conversation. The other day I also saw a child pretty much breaking books (with their parents there) and nobody did anything, not the parents, not the library staff. Other than that, this library is pretty good.

Found this library while I was taking the scenic route back to Valencia. I stopped by and was immediately greeted with a warm smile by the staff. I noticed it's a spacious building with plenty of work station tables, good books to read and a comfortable atmosphere. All in all, I'm very impressed...
