Second time with Sydney’s Sweets. They made a heart-shaped tiramisu cake for my fiancé’s 30th! It was really good, not too sweet. It’s swift and easy to place an order with Jermaine, will definitely be a repeat customer.

Sydney’s Sweets did an amazing cake for my business’s anniversary party. Got one of my favorite flavors the banana pudding and it was a hit with all the guests. Experience from placing my order to delivery was seamless and appreciate them for their great customer service. Can’t wait to get another cake from them.

I’m in Boston and wanted to send my son at Adelphi a birthday treat to his dorm. After striking out with a few bakeries (no call-backs, meh reviews), I stumbled on Sydney’s Sweets—and thank goodness I did! I spoke with Jermaine, who was fantastic. He not only helped me figure out what to order but even hand-picked the flavors, including a special one just for my son. When I couldn’t reach my son to coordinate delivery, Jermaine was calm, flexible, and gave me options without pressure. Zero Stress, all kindness… That kind of service is rare. The cake jars were a huge hit—even the roommates’ moms messaged me to say how much they loved them. My only complaint? They didn’t ship any to me! Was looking forward to supporting this business and trying these cupcakes since they have such a good reputation. But my personal experience was not the best. I was met with attitude and dry cupcakes after going two different times. Glad I tried them for myself, but do not recommend as a “great bakery” in Long Island.

Sydney’s Sweets hands-down sells one of the most tastiest delicious desserts I’ve ever tried. I ordered the cookie-monster cake slice, the red-velvet, the amaretto and the strawberry cupcakes. Usually when I taste the frosting on desserts, they are usually too sweet or too over-done. The frosting on these desserts were absolutely delicious and simple minus the typical annoying sweet aftertaste. I highly recommend this place for your desserts !
