Syberg's St. Peters

We had another great experience at Syberg's. The food was excellent as always and exactly what we’ve come to expect every time we visit. But what really stood out during this visit had nothing to do with the food. My husband began choking on a piece of chicken, and while everything resolved quickly and he was completely fine, I will never forget how attentive and caring our server, Emily, was in that moment. She may not think I noticed, but I absolutely saw the concern on her face. Without hesitation, she immediately notified the manager and was ready to help in any way she could. Thankfully, the piece passed before the manager arrived and the situation ended quickly, but Emily’s quick reaction, awareness, and genuine concern meant so much to us. Me, my dad and some family went to this restaurant today. This was our first time going and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Food: Food was good and warm. I didn't think the food was hot enough personally, but I enjoyed the taste of the food. I got the Cajun Chicken Philly with Homemade Potato Chips. The Philly itself was good. It seemed like they skimmed on the portion because part of my Philly was just bread but overall good experience. Service: Service was great. It was fast, on time and it wasn't overbearing. Everyone was polite. Atmosphere: This was good. A place to watch a sports game, a night out with friends, or a place to take your family to. A great place for any moment.

The waitress didn’t let my husband know that the salad he was ordering had an upcharge plus charged us for the one that came with his dinner. When we questioned her about it she copped an attitude. Reluctantly she removed the one charge. She pleasant until we questioned her.

I’ve gone to the one in Maryland heights and got pizza, so I figured it would be good here too. Well sadly it was a total waste of $27. The pizza had zero sauce. All it was, was cheese and crust. I never told them to hold the sauce. I feel like I’m owed a refund from this, it has zero taste but it was an to go order and I didn’t want to come back. Avoid!!!

Very friendly staff. We were seated quickly, were able to place our order soon after, and the food arrived fresh and hot maybe ten minutes later. It feels like a place I would like to visit on a weekend to really appreciate the vibes. Would certainly stop by again!
