Really difficult to speak with... I called looking for a new CPA firm and one of the "filer's" answered the phone with "hello" and not identifying the company. He wouldn't let me speak to anyone nor would he provide my information to receive a call back. I was only allowed to email him, which I just didn't trust since he could barely coherently speak about the firm. They are not looking for new business.

The firm at my first job when I was a teenager used Sy&Lee as CPA to file their annual taxes at least 25 years ago. The staff at Sy&Lee were very helpful and tirelessly taught me how to do bank reconciliation and always very patiently answered all my question without charging any fees. Today, I referred many of my friends and my husband's business to them. Their service has been the same, superb! No matter how complicated our returns are, I always can count on getting everything submitted within a week.
