Swish Swish is a hot pot restaurant in Lynnwood right across from REI. Parking here is easy since it's a good sized mall and getting here is just a minute walk from the parking lot. Inside they have probably 2 dozen tables. Their menu is a decent size but they did individual pots instead of shared here. You can do an "all you can eat" style but the whole table must do it or they won't allow you to at all. Their quality of meats and seafood plus vegetables is pretty good, but some of the vegetables need to be trimmed/cut down because it was bigger than the small pots. Pricing for that is good if you plan on eating a lot. They also have a robot that delivers things and a little sauce bar. Delicious broths and fresh ingredients! Beautiful atmosphere, when we came in a Saturday it was busy but it didn't feel overcrowded or too loud in our booth. The service was great, staff repeatedly checked in on us and was attentive to my seafood allergy.

Swish at Alderwood Mall is such a fun and delicious experience! It’s like fondue but called a ‘hot pot’ type restaurant with flavorful broth, protein and fresh veggies—healthy, warming, and totally unique. The food is top-notch, the atmosphere is warm, and the service is super friendly. Great selection of beer and drinks, too. Definitely something new and different to try with friends!

Went for lunch and got the all-you-can-eat for $42.99 each, and we felt we got our money's worth compared to a la carte! The meat was good, the vegetables were good, we loved the mushrooms, and Dalisa convinced us to have some of the dessert (fried buns with sweetened condensed milk for dipping) and we absolutely were stuff by the end! We were checked in on fairly often and had our broth topped twice without asking. Hard to say whether this place beats other hot pot options in Seattle and Bellevue, but it'll be our go-to local option!

Decent hotpot place with mixed feedback on service. Swish Swish is a mix of Japanese and Chinese style hotpot place. It provides Japanese style light flavor broth and Chinese style self help dipping sauces. The food is decent, similar to other hotpot places. It provides all you can eat at $42.99 or order by dish style. The ingredients choice is relatively smaller comparing with other hotpot restaurants around same price. Environment is quite good. Less noisy than other hotpot places. Service mixed. It's great that they agreed to offer us the off menu combo items once we asked. On the other hand, one of the broth they gave us tastes like the wrong order.
