Swirl Suites

We tried Swirl Suites at the Orange Park Mall today and it was such a cute little spot. My daughter got the Cookie Monster rolled ice cream and my son ordered a brownie milkshake… both were a hit. The staff were so sweet. I asked one of the women if she was the owner because she came over to check in to make sure we were okay with a slightly longer wait as they had a youth group in the shop learning how to make ice cream. It was totally fine by us and honestly so fun to see. As a business owner myself, I really appreciate seeing an owner right there in the mix, juggling a busy night and still taking the time to make sure everyone’s happy. The kids loved their treats, and we’ll definitely be back.

My friends and I had a wonderful time, came in around 8:20 pm and Mrs.T helped us out amazingly, she was fast, efficient, and wasn't worried about giving us plenty of sauce topping to our ice creams. Unlike other places, this shop has a nice cushioned seating area and plenty of space to sit, even an extra sitting area for studying, and pictures for really any occasion. I will be coming back and with more friends. Thank you Mrs. Tracey and thank you Swirl Suites. Talk about a perfect experience, I felt like I was in a king suite from the second I walked in.

AMAZING SERVICE FROM THESE TWO! The nice young lady named kyleigh…she was just…so pleasing to talk to. The way she rolls the ice cream with that big, buff bicep has me OVERLY excited🤤I will DEFINITELY be coming here again….❤️

What a cool ice cream place! Awesome service. Met the owner, she has a wonderful story. Dare to dream and...big. A lot of patience from ice cream parlor staff when tasting. I tried to taste all of the ice cream flavors. There are a variety of flavors and toppings. Candy, cereal, cookies galore to add to your sweet treat. Everything is reasonably priced. Hand rolled ice cream magic in a cup or cone. They aim to please. Inside seating available, close the mall with plenty of parking.
