Both of the servers who waited on me yesterday were awesome. They were surprisingly knowledgeable about their product and extremely helpful. Special note: I learned a valuable lesson. I had been going to the Plainwell location, which was Is actually a franchise location Thinking that I was getting the same quality donuts as the Kalamazoo location. There is a notable flavor difference between the two with the Kalamazoo location (The one I am reviewing here) being Noticeably superior

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This doughnut shop is absolutely amazing! The doughnuts are fresh, delicious, and full of flavor — easily some of the best I’ve had. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the manager, Billy. He was incredibly patient and took the time to describe the different doughnuts in detail, which made choosing (the hardest part!) so much easier. His knowledge and friendly attitude really showed how much care goes into this place. Highly recommend stopping by — great doughnuts and even better service! 🍩

Great place drove an hour from home to try. Best donuts ever. Prices awesome for a dozen of ANY donut so yummy. And the staff top notch friendly and an inviting place all around. Will definitely be coming back.

Best gourmet donuts nationally right here in Kalamazoo! Some favorites are the White Cloud, Apple Crumb, and Strawberry Cheesecake donuts, plus the Dutch Crumb donut holes!

I have always loved sweetwater donuts but, that last few times we have gotten donuts from there, the filling is in only about a quarter of the donut or less. You get filling in a couple bites. Very disappointing.
