Sweetwater Tavern & Grille (Michigan Plaza - Chicago)

Omar was amazing, I enjoyed dining with the city view on a Saturday evening! We had the buffalo wings, sweet water burger, and the New York strip! Everything was cooked to perfection, quality of food and service were amazing! The manager Dawn, greeted me, and stopped by to assure my service and experience was top tier! Omar’s service was prompt, very thorough, and he even surprised us with a sweet treat at the end! 10/10 experience. Will be returning.

Tried the pretzel bites with cheese and had the fish & chips as my meal. Service was very hospitable and quick. The food was very hot and tasty. The area is great in the winter with active city life just outside. Even better in the summer out on the patio.

This is my first time in Chicago. This place was delicious. Our server Angelina M. was amazing. She was was very nice and we didn't have to wait to ask her for anything, she was there asking us. I had the mini Chicago dogs and tater tots. I definitely recommend them.

Great good, phenomenal service! I can’t remember the server’s name but he was paying his way through college, looked of mixed African-American complexion with a short Afro. He was so awesome! He also made sure to ask about any dietary restrictions or allergies. The music was great and the food came out super fast.

Great place with a really nice atmosphere! The vibe is warm and welcoming, and the staff makes you feel right at home. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. It’s the kind of spot that’s perfect for both a casual meal or a night out with friends. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to others!
