I have ordered (and tasted) several cakes and products from this bakery. It’s always delivered in a timely manner, exactly how I want it, and there’s NEVER any cake left. I was just able to try out the ice cream that the bakery serves and it’s DELICIOUS and compliments the cake and dessert flavors that are offered. The customer service is top-notch as well as warming and inviting. The quality of the cakes that I have ordered have had the same consistency and taste every time.

I really appreciate Sweets & Treats for taking my last minute order. She was very understanding and made sure that everything was to my liking. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. I will certainly be back.

Absolutely obsessed with the cake I received for my birthday. The cake was made to perfection and very moist which is definitely a plus. I’m so pleased with my cake and will be getting more cakes!! Thank you very much!!

I spoke with the owner in great detail about what I wanted, and she seemed enthusiastic about it and I even shared photos of what I’d like. She wasn’t able to share her draft with me so I trusted that she had the ability. I was hopeful, and then I got the cake and it looked rushed/sloppy, and the monkeys honestly looked creepy. The vines and trees are something I could’ve done myself. It just wasn’t a $40 cake, in my opinion. I reached out asking if there was any way to fix it or a partial refund because it’s not even close to the photos I shared with her, but she never responded which I find very unprofessional. This was for my daughters 1st birthday - I ended up putting some 3D monkey stickers over her monkeys because they looked so bad.

The customer service and cakes are excellent. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed. I absolutely love this place and so happy I found them . I live out of state and anytime I need something they make sure it taken care of. Our customer loves their cakes and bake goods and I know our customer is getting a delicious fresh cake. I appreciate so much how they take care of me and our customer.
