January 19,2026 at around 1:00pm I went in for the $6 12oz cup ( I had separate phone numbers so I got two) I walked into the store to the cup station and didn’t know which one was the 12oz ( they aren’t labeled) and so I grabbed the one I assumed was the 12oz cup (it was the 24oz) and I made the fryos. I went up to the register with them and told the cashier (Sam) I had two separate. transactions and she said ok I told her I had a phone number and she put it in. I payed for the first cup and didn’t realize how much it was. Then I did the second cup and it was 13 and some change. I told her I had to go to the car rq and get my card she said ok go. I came back and realized that one was the wrong prices so asked what cup was the 12oz and she told me the pink one was I asked her I could go g

OMG THE NEW TRAINEE … I think Tara is her name really made my day!!! Her Smile alone was so welcoming and a breath of fresh air!!! She Deserves a raise and I can’t wait to come back! Our table was freshly cleaned which is rare these days in some establishments! Oh and the yogurt desert was amazing as well 😂 We’ll be back soon!

The larger filipino girl there whose name started with an “A” was rude to me and my youngest son. She raised her voice and screamed at him, he’s only 3 years old. Very unprofessional, NEVER coming back again. NEGATIVE STARS!

This is the best location, and we love the staff. My roommate and I normally doordash from here on Fridays, and we always get the cutest drawings on the bag (forget the froyo... the drawings are the highlight of the experience, honestly.😆 Artists!... Sign your name, if you're comfortable, so we know who did it!). Whenever we physically visit the location, everyone is always so friendly. It's nice to see employees who seem to enjoy their job (unless they're really good at faking it, in which y'all are doing a great job, LOL). The froyo and the toppings are always fresh, they always taste fantastic, and the location is always clean whenever we visit. On 2/6/25, I went to Sweet Frog located at in Suffolk, VA to get some froyo. Prior to going, I received an auto-generated text message on my phone advising, "Buy One Froyo, Get One FREE for National Froyo Day" After paying for my purchase, I was leaving the store when I heard a woman behind me asking for sample cups. The same person that checked me out, volunteered to her, "today is buy one get one". I heard this as I was walking out the door and realized that my price seemed kind of steep, so I didn't think that I got my discount. I went to my vehicle, pulled out my receipt just to check and noticed indeed, I was charged for both cups of yogurt, not just one.
