The frozen yogurt was enjoyed by everyone. It's in a great location where you can get a treat after shopping at Woodmore. I'll go back when I'm in the area. Recommedation: If there were a few chairs inside or outside, that would have been nice. Also, the energy in the store could be lifted up. This could be done by adding lively music and the people behind the counter being more lively.

The fro-yo was great! I mean what else is there to say. The girls behind the counter were very friendly and nice! Very nice place.

Just to make things clear: I always love going to this sweet frog. It’s always clean and I never have any issues whatsoever. Today, however; I was very upset with my frozen yogurt. This was the first time I found a hair in my cup. Then I noticed that the staff don’t wear hair nets or hats when putting the toppings on. I think they should start now because that’s very unsanitary and I would hate for that to happen again.

I found the staff to be very friendly and efficient. It's a Sweet Frog, so the self-serve frozen yogurt experience is consistent with the brand. This location has a good fresh fruit selection and it's a refreshing addition on a hot day, albeit a bit pricey.

This year’s experience at SweetFrog has been a major improvement compared to last year. The store was exceptionally clean, and the staff were noticeably friendlier and more welcoming. They were especially patient and kind with my kids, which I truly appreciated. It’s clear that the team enjoys what they do, something that wasn’t as evident in the past. I was also thrilled to see that they’ve added the green apple flavor! Overall, the current team has really stepped it up, and it shows in both the atmosphere and service.
