I don't see why I should give a Sweet Frog anything other than 5 stars. I love frozen yogurt buffet style. If you haven't been, you pick a container size and fill it with as many flavors of froyo and toppings you want and pay by weight. I love the fruity froyo. The pineapple and coconut combo I got was so good. White chocolate, plain mochi, coconut flakes, granola to bring in that crunchy texture, and I'm really good! As this is a froyo place, expect a bunch of kids hanging out. The decor is nothing fancy, but it's clean! The staff was very kind and wished for my wrist to get better! (I was in a hard cast)

My family went last night and the lady working was SO sweet! This place has the best flavors they even have Taro & Horchata. I will be back soon!

Frozen yogurt is good yeah but lacking customer service. Workers are just looking at their phone and not really paying attention in their job. Hope they welcome the customers and focus on Job rather than Phone. However flavor and topping are delicious.

Is there a reason why your staff does not follow safety standards and guidelines when it comes to food handling and toxic sprays/chemicals sit near the food and on the counters near the food?!

This experience has been quite disappointing. I came here after my dog’s funeral to lighten my mood. Then I got 2 small cups and the payment came down to $19.89, this is ludicrous. When I got into my Honda civic, I thought my dead dog was in the car. It turns out that it was the fro-yo. It was rotten and expired. After that I got food poisoning. The food poisoning was so bad I thought I was going to end up with my dog. Would not recommend unless you like the smell of rotten cheese.
