I’m originally from Virginia but currently live in Orlando, so Sweet Frog is always a treat since we don’t have any nearby. I stopped by this location on my way to the airport and ordered raspberry sorbet with pineapple Dole Whip, which is my usual go-to. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The fresh toppings should have been my first red flag , several appeared moldy. Despite that, I went ahead and paid for my cup. Once we pulled out of the parking area and I took my first bite, the flavor immediately tasted stale and off-putting. At first, I thought it might have been the sprinkles, but after a few more bites it was clear the sorbet itself was the issue. The taste was stale and unpleasant , almost like an old pastry. Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt is always a treat! The store is clean, bright, and has a great selection of flavors and toppings. My personal favorite is the Irish Mint — smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The staff are friendly, and everything is always fresh and well-stocked. A perfect stop for a quick, delicious dessert.

I can't count how many times I have been to this location, its in a great location and a must go to before or after a movie. We go just about every time we go see a movie. They always have the flavor I am craving at that time. I haven't been here one time and machine isn't working. The toppings are always fresh. All of the staff is very friendly and overall the place is cleaner than some of the other frozen yogurt and ice cream shops I have been too.

Sweet Frog is very famous and very delicious 🤤 always a lot people coming my favourite food is here a lot of children coming every day parking is available i like it 🌹🌹🌹

Super clean and staff super friendly, took my daughter and nephew to choose their flavors and toppings. Fun and delicious... if I had a great time on a slightly cold and rainy day I cannot wait to come back in a better weather.
