I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Sweet Frog and the new owners. We had my daughter’s birthday party here and the owner Irma was very communicative throughout the process. She made it the easiest party I’ve ever planned. She set up the table and had a few surprises for us, like cupcakes and party favors. They played the birthday song the entire time on repeat. They were very understanding of our group of kiddos, and cleaned up everything afterward. I am so grateful! The place is clean, friendly, and accommodating. We will continue to come back!

I love that the cashier helped me when i told her that the original tart was not working. Usually i get a if its not working there is no more but to ight i left with the biggest smile and got great service because i only come here for the original tart flavor and no other! Thank you!

Came for frozen yogurt with my family on a Sunday night. 2 adults and 2 young children. While the froyo was great, the music that was being blasted was anything but appropriate. Screaming heavy metal music with explicit language is not exactly the most appropriate music that should be playing in a place that is geared towards families and children; especially one that boasts itself as a Christian company.

Update to my review: I have come back twice since I posted my original review and each time all of the machines have been working, so I am revising my review to 5 stars. The new owners are incredibly friendly, the shop is kept spotless, and I have a good experience each time I come. I highly recommend!! love this sweet frog in Annapolis! The staff are always very friendly and the shop is really clean and nice. I would love to give them 5 stars but unfortunately since they have come under new management recently, I’ve noticed that the machines are broken and I was told that they have to wait until there are a bunch of machines broken before they will call the mechanic to fix them, rather than calling the mechanic when one of the machines breaks. We came today and saw it’s under new owners - you could tell the minute you walked in! I’ve never seen this location so clean. Everything was well stocked and they have a variety of other sweets for sale as well as froyo. The woman behind the counter was sweet and friendly and made us feel welcome. Will definitely be back!
