Terrible experience. I needed a cup of hot water. They said they have to charge me for a tea? Wawa or Royal farms don't charge for it. Why do I do this? Because most American tea sucks and Starbucks is no exception. So I'm out almost $7! I get it, it's 6 flags

The Starbucks drinks must not be made with Starbucks ingredients because they tasted awful. These were simple things like hot chocolate or a chai tea latte.

Service was awful. My mom and I were faced with sass and a terrible attitude from a particular employee, Brii. Nothing positive about her attitude. When we tried to use our Starbucks app, she told us “we don’t do that here” and scoffed. When I asked if they had cold brew, she gave me a dirty look and said “no”. Good customer service would be a little more kind, this girl didn’t.

My daughter and I went in to the Starbucks and the girl at the counter was extremely rude 😒. She didn't even make eye contact with us or even asked "can I help you"? My daughter asked for a cold brew and she rudely told her that "we don't have that here". When I ordered my drink and tried to use the app, she rudely said "we don't use that here". My coffee was fine but I felt so bad for my daughter. She didn't have to be treated that way. If you don't like your job, please do the public a favor and quit!

Terrible experience, the staff was so bad We were the only ones in the store and anything we ask for they just shut our mouth! The drinks taste so bad and they are refusing to fix them or change them the ice coffee is literally just milk.
