The only reason I gave the food a 4 rating is because macaroni and cheese is one of soul food and country food number 1 sides that has to be top tier and theirs was just grainy and dry to me .. I’m still giving the restaurant it self 5 stars because the overall feeling when I walked in, customer service and they went above beyond for me during the rain. I will honestly recommend them and I will be going back to try different things on the menu. But hey what doesn’t work for me, may work for you.. The meat is cook fresh, desserts are moist etc so yeah go check them out!

If a slice of the South is what your hungry for, don't skip this place. This unpolished atmosphere doesn't have to over compensate. You feel like your at your grandma's or favorite Aunts house. Oh, the fried chicken is made to order, so let them know 1st thing if thats what you want.

The food here is really good! The chicken is soooooo delicious and juicy, though I did not get my bacon I should have on my sandwich. My husband got the meatloaf and mac n cheese and said it was wonderful. He wasnt as thrilled with the oeach cobbler. It was our second visit and both times were really good. Service is okay but dont expect many smiles 😅

Oh my goodness! If you want some down home southern cookin' this is the place to be. What a hidden gem this is! Every bite of my meatloaf, black eyed peas and fried okra was perfection, like heaven on my palate! Our waitress went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Decorated nicely, great choices to choose from on the menu. Alittle bit of everything. Thanks for such an amazing dining experience, as we were driving through your state! Wish I could give you more than 5 ☆'s!!! :)

We finally made it to breakfast here. It looks small from the outside, but there’s plenty of tables inside and several tables on the patio. Service was awesome, fast, and friendly. Breakfast choices are different combos of breakfast food that come on different breakfast platters. They also have a kids menu for the little ones. Biscuits and gravy was really good, our youngest liked the pancakes, and my wife really liked the French toast. We will definitely be back and are kicking ourselves for not trying this restaurant sooner since we’ve moved to Clarksville.
