Sweet Parlor Small Batch Ice Cream Bubble tea

Amazing ice cream so so good. Some of the best I’ve had. I loved the lychee strawberry flavorful. It wasn’t overall sweet, it was super smooth and creamy with lychee jelly chunks. Also got the Carmel cookie which was very smooth and creamy and matched well with the strawberry flavor. Two scoops in a small and only ~$5 I want to come back here and try more flavors, waffles and bubble tea Bathroom in the back and a decent amount of tables

I came here with my family and we had a great experience! A lot of unique flavors oof freshly made ice cream. Everything tasted great. They also have bubble waffles and Boba tea. Everyone was friendly, and the service was great. Overall, I highly recommend it

Place is off to a strong start and has a lot of potential to continue to climb the ranks on the Golden Cone App. First off, homemade ice cream... that separates them right off the start. They do have some really interesting flavors, the plant coconut was different. Green in color, tasted more of the plant than the coconut, but was outside the box, so give them credit. I went with a small triple chocolate. Was very good, different taste with each scoop. Only thing I would point out compared to other home-made ice cream parlors is the serving size. The serving itself lasted only a few spoonfuls. I wanted more from the price point and from the taste, it was good. Other than that, this place is going to make some noise in the NJ Ice Cream world for sure. I will be back soon.

Originally, my husband wanted to grab some boba. Since we were in Somerville, we decided to check out The Grumpy Boba. To our surprise, Grumpy Boba had closed, and Sweet Ubear had taken over. All I can say is, we were like kids in a candy store! First things first, yes, they still serve boba. Whew! But here’s the best part: they now serve ice cream sundaes in bubble waffles! It’s worth noting that all waffles are made fresh to order, so there’s a brief wait, but it’s worth it. The wait isn’t long, I promise. They offer a variety of ice cream flavors, including classic options as well as fun and unique ones like Almond Toffee Nut, Pretzel by the Ocean, and several distinctive Asian-inspired flavors such as Black Sesame, Durian, Strawberry Lychee, Taiwanese Pineapple Cake, and Ube Brownie.

Perfect example of great concept, poor execution. Menu has a lot of variety and interesting stuff. Service was subpar if that. For starters, the boy behind the counter was wearing a wife-beater and upon ordering we waited about 20 mins because they had run out of flour and someone had to go to ShopRite to buy more. There was no update or apology. We asked for samples while we waited and the boy seemed reluctant to bother to do so. After waiting for the grocery run to be completed, they were out of 3 ice cream flavors that were our choices. We received 2 measley scoops and no offfer of rectification or an apology. Maybe would try again in the future but for now, not again
