Amazing experience!!! We just took our second private class and have signed up for a third! Chef Mariana and Chef Jessie are incredibly creative, kind and patient. You can really tell they love what they do by welcoming you into their beautiful shop to share their knowledge and their heritage. There's nothing these talented ladies can't do. The class is fun, yet challenging and everything is provided. When finished, Mariana sends us home with all these beautiful, delicious baked goods that I am so proud to have made! The best part is that it's really hands on. She's very thorough in teaching, so I can actually recreate everything I made. For each class she includes a beautiful colored booklet with all the recipes. Take classes from Sweet Nation, you will be blown away by what you create!!!

Sweet Nation was recommended by my wedding planner. I truly enjoyed going to the shop for our tasting. The owners are no nice and family oriented. The cake was so tasty. We ended up ordering a beautiful and simple cake and an amazing dessert bar which was a hit!

It’s hard to find a bakery to rely on when it comes to trusting them with your order on getting it done on time, having them capture your vision on the type of cake you want or having flavor instead of dry bland cake. Thankfully I ran into Ms. Mariana and she took care of everything for me and I have never been more satisfied with cake in my life, super friendly to her clients and very understanding on what the client wants. I’ll recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a cake to blow their guests away with the design and taste.
