Sweet Lucy's Bakeshop

Made a last minute stop in, heard they made donuts, but only on Thursday's. So I decided to try the Pecan Sticky Bun, Chocolate Croissant, and a pumpkin whoopie pie. The sticky bun had a great flavor and was so soft. This was my first chocolate croissant I've had, gotta say it was pretty good and buttery for not being something I try often. And the whoopie pie was solid, fresh and great filling.

We had a massive variety from this place. Everyone raved about there selection. I plan to take my family here for some weekend delights. The cookies were nearly fought over by staff with how much they coveted them.

This is a local staple. I read about it in an online article and decided to try it. The staff here were very friendly and professional. There is plenty of parking outside in their own lot. The food was delicious, the kids loved it. I am looking forward to going back again soon!

This is probably the best bakery I've ever been to. Like I've been to Europe and most major American cities, but the raspberry cornbread and croissants from this place stand out in my mind as the best baked goods I've ever had. Their quality and consistency on those core items is great, but their diversity of offerings are awesome, too. You can pop in on a Thursday and get one of the best donuts you've ever had, or if you're having friends over, buy a quiche and impress everyone. It's honestly surprising the amount of effort that this crew puts in - you wouldn't expect to find an institution of this caliber in between a tire shop and pizza restaurant in Bernardston, MA (population: 2100). Somehow, Lucy decided the bakery itself wasn't enough, so she recently built out a cooking classroom

Talk about a hidden gem. This one takes the cake. Super friendly staff, beautiful shop and the baked goods... Amazing. If you live in the area, you're lucky. If you don't, but are driving remotely close - stop and get some treats!
