Sweet Frog

I have never had a negative experience at this location, we come at least every couple of months or so, but the girl with dark hair and glasses running the counter on 11-29-2025 at 7pm was the most rude and disrespectful worker I’ve ever met at any sweet frog. Our daughter wanted to come here to celebrate her birthday, and when she got a little over-excited and spilled yogurt on the tray below the dispenser, she hovered over top of us huffing and rolling her eyes until we moved so that she could take it and clean it, to which we apologized for and received no response at all. Our 4 year old approached her when we were finishing up and said “hello!” directly in front of her and she just stared at him….hard to tell if she was just ignoring him or her earbuds she had in were too loud. This chain of frozen yogurt shops never lets me down, and this particular one is no exception! A very clean facility with all the best frozen yogurt flavors from low-fat to no sugar added... Something for everyone and a nice healthy choice. They even have a small freezer upfront with some name-brand cans of drinks in case you're thirsty after your frozen yogurt. This is one of the larger Sweet Frogs that I have been in with ample seating. It seems they can handle a much larger crowd than some other Sweet Frogs. They offer three different size cups and they do have sample cups also.

Good promotion get one 50% discount. Still little pricy for one cup of ice cream, but good place to hangout

I took my grandson to the store on September 29 and we both got a SMALL yogurt - in the pink cup. Mine was only half full and it was over six dollars. My grandson filled his to the top and his was over $14 which I think is absolutely ridiculous. Also, they have a tip screen when you try to pay with your credit card and it feels very pressured even though the employee does nothing the whole time you are there. I contacted the store (manager) and they stand by their policy that they charge $.75 an ounce as well as leaving the tip option on the credit card screen. I have no problem with them having a tip jar, but I do not like being pressured into leaving a tip. They need to have a sign up at the toppings warning that the toppings may greatly increase the price of your yogurt to a ridiculou

It's really tasty frozen yogurt and a great selection of toppings. But nowhere do they post their prices. They have different size cups which implies it's not purely based on weight. But they still weigh the cups, so it plays a role in the price. I paid over $17 for two cups of frozen yogurt, which is pricey!
