Sweet Emmaline Cheesecakes

I used to enjoy the banana pudding and pumpkin cheesecakes, but several banana pudding cheesecakes I've ordered had tough/chewy banana pieces. I keep hoping the next one doesn't, but I haven't had one recently that did not have that issue. The cheesecakes have a fluffy ricotta texture. Overall, the taste was pretty good, which is the reason for the 2 stars. After the banana pudding had chewy pieces on several occasions and the owner posted a video bullying a competitor, Sweet Emmaline's hit 3 strikes for me. I would give a second chance, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get cheesecake from them.

We drive from Knoxville to come here for cheesecake. And there’s just not a better cheesecake anywhere. We used one of their Italian cream cheesecakes as our wedding cake.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ That 4-inch banana pudding cheesecake from Sweet Caroline’s should come with a warning label. Fresh bananas mixed in their signature batter, vanilla wafer crust, whipped cream on top, it’s ridiculous in the best way. It’s like banana pudding grew up, got a degree, and came back to wreck my diet on purpose. Easily one of the best desserts I’ve ever had from a food truck.

Wide variety of flavors that are super tasty. Loved the plain, key lime pie, and cookie monster that we tried.

Love this place! I love that there is a variety of different flavors to choose from, and with each flavor you can taste the fresh ingredients, truly homemade. This is a local, family owned business, which makes it even more special. The staff was so helpful and friendly and I loved the clean, modern decor! They have a nice outdoor sitting area and a coffee bar. There is a wide range of different size options and even a little box of mini cheesecakes so you can sample several flavors at once. My daughter's favorites are the banana pudding and pumpkin so far, and I'm sure we'll be back to try each and every one haha. You have to try it, perfect for the holiday get togethers!!
