Sweet Caroline's

We had a great time at Sweet Caroline's. The service was exquisite and so was the food. Their house made dinner rolls were awesome. I had a haddock fillet, others in the party had pasta or meat and all were very satisfied. The bread pudding with ice cream was delicious.

The best fried haddock, french fries and cokeslaw that I have found in the tri-state area. The haddock was fresh, lightly breaded, lightly seasoned and fried perfectly. The fries have a special coating and were phenomenal. I've had fish in Bennington, Hoosick Falls NY and Williamstown MA and this is it! I can't forgot the popover that came before dinner. I haven't seen a popover in about 40 years. It's nice to have a change, a treat. It was yummy. I dined solo at the bar and was perfectly comfortable in the family-friendly atmosphere. Waitstaff was polite and friendly. Bathroom was clean. I will no doubt eat here again. Many meals looked good as they headed for tables.

Friendly staff, quick service, & delicious food . This place really is a Gem , don’t skip. I had the prime rib … BEST prime rib I ever had!! Can’t wait to be in the area to dine again. The owner Don is one of the most generous & caring people we’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Enjoy! 😊

Incredible meal, great ambience and wonderful service. It’s kind of unassuming from the outside but once you’re inside it’s just a great atmosphere. I had the prime rib dinner and the french onion soup and both were phenomenal. Will definitely come back next time I’m in town.

Everything about Sweet Caroline's is "classic"! Our table ordered the popovers, french onion soup, two eggplant parmesans, and I had the chicken parmesan (which is my all-time favorite meal). Everything was classically excellent. The owner greeted us and was very kind. The appreciation was so obvious in his voice as he sat us at our table. Our server was really sweet and gave us the perfect amount of attention too.
