Sweet Cake Supplies

We have been purchasing cakes and cake supplies from Sweet Cake Supplies for our special events for quite some time, and the experience has always been exceptional. Their customer service is outstanding—warm, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The cakes are, without a doubt, the best we’ve ever had—consistently delicious and beautifully crafted. Whether it’s for a celebration or baking at home, our family knows that Sweet Cake Supplies is the go-to place for the finest cakes and quality cake supplies in town.

I hate to type this and say something about a local shop but I called and they said no partial refund and even laugh on the phone when I was telling her what happened and she hung up. Let me keep you in mind we have done business before multiple times and bought plenty of cakes. This cake was for my mother's 50th birthday made of tres leches two story. The top layer was so drench with milk with little to no support and slid off the other layer. She stated that its my fault, I understand that once it leaves the shop it's my risk. But not when you give me a poorly assembles cake that would crumble and fall appart. Here are some picture to show you that the top layer was not well stable. Very very small shop. The women who came to the counter after I entered the store was polite, but didn't say anything more than "Hello". Most cake decorations appeared to be from oriental trading (or a similar low quality place), lots of other supplies looked to be dumped from a large container into smaller containers with no seal on them, other items could be purchased at Cash and Carry for half the price. I was excited to see another cake supply shop around, after my favorite one went out of business, but sadly, I won't be going back to this shop.

The guy was very nice and helpful, the lady that was a check out was very rude(later found out she is the owner) . Made me feel unwelcomed. Shame I really did like the store and prefer to shop locally but hate being made to feel that way when trying to treat myself for my Hobbie.

Although they didn't have what I need at the time the gentleman was very kind and helpful and was willing to put in a special order for me. Unfortunately I couldn't do a special order because I needed the products rather quickly and didn't have time to wait for a special order. I will be going there more often because I have a nice array of things that I do use. I was very grateful to find this place and will continue shopping now
