Sweet As

Dessert ice cream spot located on the 3rd floor of the Ala Moana Shopping Mall. It’s outside and when you go down it’s the main center near the food court. My dad wanted a blueberry ice cream and it’s fresh blueberries blended into frozen yogurt. We got it on a cone and there are tables to sit and enjoy it. It was a Thursday afternoon and it wasn’t busy, there was one worker and she was helpful in giving us directions around the mall. My dad just chilled and stayed here while we went shopping. He enjoyed his little sweet treat.

Sweet As on a hot day sounded perfect. This place mixes real fruit with your choice of ice cream, frozen yogurt, or coconut. We got the mango ice cream and the strawberry banana ice cream. The flavors were a little mild, but still really refreshing. The service was nice and helpful they even gave us recommendations for their best flavors. Personally, this isn’t really my style of ice cream that I’d go for, but it’s definitely worth a try

This was really good ice cream. They add a scoop of fresh fruit and blend your choice of ice cream. I would highly recommend the raspberry with coconut ice cream. It had a bit of crunch and wasn't overly sweet. Our server was a sweetheart. This store is located on the 3rd level.

First time there and I was impressed by the friendly service. Both workers were very young but had a lot of aloha. The ice cream was very good and for a keiki portion it’s actually a lot!!! I liked the lilikoi and yogurt combo and will have to come back and try the others! Hard to choose! The handmade waffle cone was not too sweet and had a nice buttery flavor.

Interesting place, real fruits mixed with cocunut, ice cream, or yogurt. I got frozen yogurt with mixed berries in a cone. Great concept, but the cone was just alright. Probably get the bowl instead. My mix was delicious and would get it again and again.
