Suwannee River Regional Library

I love coming here with all my kids. They love coming and pick books and do there activities. We LOVE the library and all there librarians.

We love this library! Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Neat, clean, spacious, and quiet. Great selection of books, audio books, and dvds. Something for everyone, all ages and abilities!

August 2019 My 11 year old daughter was checking out a book. The lady who checked her out, said the last name. Then said "oh Bye is your last name, I bet you get jokes about it all of the time from other kids" then makes a joke. My daughter just looked at this ADULT who works at the library & says "No, no one has ever made fun of my name before". Yes you deserved to look ashamed. It is a shame kids have more manners than an adult making fun of an 11 year old's last name. Truly no one has ever made fun of her last name or even remarked on it until then. She asked me why that lady even thought that was appropriate or funny to make fun of her last name. It was a teaching moment for us. Fairly small collection but the library is very clean and the staff was really nice and helpful. I was surprised to find a lot of very helpful information. Thanks!!

What A delightful experience it was to visit this library and see all that is being offered to its community: from an excellent and diverse kids programs like activity bags to go and even a puppet theater to explore our playful imagination. Also the seed library was exceptional w so many variety of seeds being offered. They clearly care for their community and offer quality activities for all locals (rural and in town folks) to engage in.
