SuViche – Sushi and Ceviche

Had a great happy hour dinner at SuViche! Amazing deals - loved the ceviche for $8, the crispy rice with salmon, and the salmon and tuna tacos. The lomo saltado spring rolls were also really tasty but not quite a lomo saltado flavor that you get in the full dish (ie more of that onion / cilantro / tomato / soy combo). My gf really loved the michelada, said it was the best one she’s ever had. Wish we had this restaurant in NYC.

A very intimate and delicious experience just off Brickell. Let this be your best secret, but it won’t stay a secret for a long! With Service workers like Kem to make you feel like you’re at home you’ll keep coming back. I know I will make this my secret lunch spot for delicious Peruvian cuisine.

Suviche was incredible. Service was lovely- the waitress was so nice and gave us some great suggestions. The Suviche Lager was a great starting beer and paired really well with the Ceviche. We ordered the HH Ceviche and it was a perfect portion for the two of us. The fried fish bites were airy and light, not greasy or overly breaded. We split the Saltado with the Tenderloin - it was the star of the show. Perfectly medium rare and soooo tender. Rice was perfectly done too. Cannot wait to come back and try the aji de gallina!

Happy Hour Suviche tastes as good as the specials. Honestly we had three DELICIOUS meal items and two drinks (juices) for $40. In Brickell this is a deal! We will be back. Thank you for fixing my ceviche craving.

Awesome food and service as always! Linda was our server and she’s great! Always checking if we needed something else. I was a little sad that the huancaina noodles were taken from the menu. Literally my favorites with the, bang bang shrimps and the arroz humedo..
