Sushishima Japanese Restaurant (Castle Hills)

SushiShima Castle Hills is my family’s and my favorite place. The restaurant has a modern Japanese decor. Besides serving delicious sushi, they also offer yakiniku Japanese BBQ and a full bar. The fish selection is always fresh and high quality. For kitchen dishes, the Chilean Miso Seabass is very delicious, as well as the tempura combination, hibachi, and many others. All the servers and staff are very kind and friendly. This place is highly recommended for anyone who wants to dine here.

Stopped by for dinner with the family and we were not disappointed! Super friendly staff and a wonderfully dining experience. The food felt fresh and was delicious. The sushi rolls were tasty and the grilling was super fun! Would highly recommend you try this place out.

Excellent place for sushi, appetizers, and drinks. Tonight I went for oysters, asparagus tempura, and plum wine so no pictures of sushi, but this gives an idea of how creative each dish is. Their happy hours are incredible and the prices allow you to try all of their delicious food. Quality cuts, lovely presentation, and the restaurant is cozy. We've gone for date nights, family nights, and out with friends. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this location for a while now and have tried several items on the menu—everything has been fresh and delicious. They also offer grill tables where you can cook your own food, which makes for a really fun experience. The atmosphere is great—calm and comfortable, perfect for a date or a relaxed outing. My go-to item is the “Nice to Meat You”, which is perfect for using the table grill. Overall, it’s an awesome experience and I definitely recommend checking it out.

Really good sushi spot for a late dinner. We had the Manager’s Special and a Paradise Roll, and both were amazing. It was super fresh and full of flavor. The staff was super friendly and checked on us often, and the vibe was nice and relaxed. The Happy hour appetizers are definitely worth it.
