Sushi Yaki Japanese Kitchen

The place was pretty dead but didn't matter went in for take out. We love sushi and decided to give this place a try. The inside looks clean and taken care of. The food was ok I'm not saying I'd go out of my way to come here again but can see stopping in for a quick grab. To be honest with the food being in plastic containers it didn't feel any different than buying sushi from Kroger. I can also say the quality wasn't much different either. Like I said before I've eaten sushi from Kroger before and its ok for the price and that's why I say I wouldn't go out of my way to stop here when the quality isn't much better than elsewhere. So if you looking for decent sushi and budget friendly I'd recommend this place. If you decide to get the edamame stay away from the spicy one it isn't spicy at

It wasn't terrible!! Once you get past the food being served in disposable containers, you will find a pretty good sushi. We really enjoyed it and will be back.

Really good sushi!! Terrell Roll was a little spicy, but really good. Beach roll was good too. Priced well. Nothing fancy. But it wasn’t very expensive at all. No alcohol 😢

We ordered at the counter and then sat down to wait for our food. The staff was friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was clean. They got the food out to us quickly. We tried the Cowboy, the Alaskan, and the Rainbow rolls and all of them were delicious! We also tried their gyoza and it was good too. Overall a good experience!

This place has the best chicken and noddles in Terrell i highly recommend this. Its got hibachi not just sushi, the portions are what you would want. Just sayin for 13 bucks not a bad deal, the staff were great very accomodating if you want to have reasturant quality food SUSHI YAKI.
