Sushi Republic

Got take out and, as a vegetarian, ordered the veggie dinner with fried rice, spicy tofu, and vegetable spring rolls. The tofu and spring rolls were solid with good flavor and texture. The fried rice, though, was extremely bland. Without the tofu sauce and sauce from veggie plate, it would have tasted like plain rice. The veggie plate was also pretty average. I ordered ahead on mobile. Food was ready quickly, order was accurate, and the staff were friendly. I did not try the sushi, so I cannot comment on that, but overall I was not very impressed with the dishes I ordered, especially considering the price that I paid. The veggie plate did come with a small miso soup and salad, the soup was good and salad was basically just some lettuce with ginger dressing.

We went there for lunch. Bentobox was really good and sushi fresh! Also veggie gyoza was delicious! My kids did love they Japanese strawberry lemonade. The server has been really nice and passionate. Just the ambiente could be a bit nicer.
