I got lost in the atmosphere and scenery more than the food. I can't even rate the food because I left very disappointed. This isn't sushi served with love this is sushi served for entertainment! What does this mean? It means your here for the scene and cool effect of watching small plates of sushi circle and rotate throughout the whole restaurant. The food is either shipped in by bulk or it's premade days before serving. I know good sushi I love sushi this place was bland, dried and just not good. So instead of being disappointed as I chewed on my tasteless pieces of what ever. I just focused on my fishbowl Maitai drink which was ok. I will advise and warn you that the price for each piece you get is NOT WORTH IT ... I repeat it is NOT WORTH IT. We had for the double Chocolate cheese cake
This place is a cool spot to try out. The sushi was okay but it does take a little while to find something that you’d like to eat. They also have great views of their decor and how everything is set up. Enjoyed the experience of the place. Overall my friends and I (3 of us total) spent about $60 total with tip which isn’t too bad - although we did try to keep our plate colors on the lower price range so it can definitely depend on what you eat.
Super Plus Rotary Sushi Bar offers a unique and delightful dining experience that’s perfect for sushi lovers. The atmosphere is fun and modern, with the rotating sushi conveyor belt adding an interactive and exciting element to the meal. The food itself was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. From classic rolls to creative new combinations, everything we tried exceeded expectations. Be prepared for a bit of a wait, though. We had to wait up to 40 minutes for a table, but it was totally worth it once we were seated. A nice touch: if your wait time exceeds 45 minutes, they offer a 15% discount on your bill, which is a thoughtful gesture that shows they value their customers’ time. One downside was the bathroom situation. They were small and, unfortunately, not v
They have creative sushi rolls that we enjoy whenever we go. If you don't eat sushi (aka me), you might not be left with many options. Their ramen left much to be desired and the noodles were an odd texture, but I know that's not what they're trying to sell you. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience they provided and hope that they will continue to be creative. A + desserts and drinks, they are cute and also creative, pandering to the Chicago crowd in the area as well.
I was enjoying my lunch out myself. First, tea cup had a weird chemical? fungus? smell so I asked for paper cup. Sever did not mention anything about it just laughed as he undertood as I said the cup is too small then realized it smells. Then, my food was good until I found this tiny hair wrapped with the roll 🤮 I told the server. He said “uh- “ then took the dish. No one said anything about it. Then when I was trying to pay and other server asked “how was everything?” I told what happened then other server took it away. Then she said “ that’s good!” (????) then I paid. I am confused. Nothing making sense in this restaurant. Too many people make fake cases of this here, is it why? I don’t want to come back. Huge disappointment. At least I liked food. 😑 FYI. music is super loud here. They v
