Sushi On

I recently dined here and was genuinely impressed. The sushi is well-balanced and thoughtfully prepared. The rice is properly seasoned and served at a good temperature, and the fish tastes fresh and clean without any overpowering flavors. Each piece feels carefully made rather than rushed. The presentation is also very neat and polished. It’s not overly flashy or gimmicky, but each plate comes out looking clean, organized, and visually appealing. You can tell there’s attention to detail in how everything is arranged, which makes the experience feel a bit more special. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the overall quality feels very fair for the price. This place has been at least four sushi spots over the last 20ish years and they've all been good. Sushi On is the best tasting in the last 10 or so years. My folks and I went here tonight and we loved everything. Great flavor, cute restaurant, and great service! The only thing I'm dinging a star for is prices. It's mostly fairly priced, but you only get about four pieces for the price of 6-8 at most other spots I've been to. For an appetizer, we ordered the Takoyaki (pictured) and it was lovely. Sometimes takoyaki can be a little runny in the middle or undercooked, but this was great. I got the Lemon Roll (tempura)(pictured) and Pacific Roll (no rice)(pictured) and they were both phenomenal. This new sushi place is a fantastic addition to the area. The flavors are fresh, bold, and perfectly balanced. Every roll tastes thoughtfully crafted, not rushed or generic. The value is excellent for the quality you get. Generous portions, fresh fish, and creative combinations that actually work. You can tell they care about what they serve. The service is friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being overbearing. They make you feel appreciated from the moment you walk in. Overall, this is easily one of the best sushi spots around. Don’t let the fact that it’s new stop you. Give it a chance — you’ll be glad you did.

This is the second time I’ve ate here and the food is really good. My favorites are the ramen, seared salmon with lemon salt, crispy rice with spicy tuna, and specialty rolls like The Mexican and On & On.

I was in the area on a business trip and decided to stop by on my last day because I was really craving Japanese food. Luckily, I arrived right when the restaurant opened, and I happened to find this place. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean and unique interior. I later learned that the restaurant had recently opened, so I came in without high expectations—but I was completely blown away. The food presentation was absolutely beautiful and felt very refined. More importantly, everything tasted incredible. The chirashi, in particular, was outstanding and is a must-try. I honestly wish today weren’t my last day of this trip.
