Sushi Momo

This is a smaller, intimate restaurant. It was a fantastic choice for a date, one weekday evening. I went in with my girlfriend expecting an average experience that we have in Sushi spots around Duluth and neighboring areas, only to find ourselves blown away. The sush I ordered was perfect. Perfect temperature, rice, the fish melts in your mouth. The gf loved the variety of Bento choices and what those combos offered. 10 out of 10 across the board. The only thing I'd like to see improve maybe is adding the specialty rolls to one of the combo roll offerings at a higher justified price. Also it's $8 for a bottle of beer, not a tap.

I love this place. The signature nigiri is my favorite thing to order - order one of each and thank me later! I have also really enjoyed the purple monster roll, it is so good and unique. I love that the chef adds his own special spin to the sushi here.

I went there for the first time and the service was excellent. The food was so beautifully presented and delicious that it almost felt a shame to eat it.

The sushi was good and tasty overall. I ordered Platter 2, which i picked salmon roll and teriyaki chicken. The sushi was quite nice, fresh and flavorful and the rice was especially well done. However, the teriyaki chicken was a bit disappointing. It was very dry and all the way too sweet.

Food was good. The Big Mama roll had a little extra sweetness than we expected from the cream cheese. Overall very good service and atmosphere. Would recommend.
