Sushi Hut & Hibachi

Cozy and unpretentious spot for great sushi and Japanese favorites. The jalapeno bombs are....the bomb. The prices are great, especially compared to Canton Street, with better quality and service. Two apps, four rolls and three beers for less than $100 including tax. The wait staff was amazing, friendly and attentive. I think we may have found our new go-to sushi spot in Roswell.

Best sushi I have had in Roswell and I’ve been here since 1998. The server was very nice and accommodating, you are able to change meats out if you wish. It was excellent, the “rock n roll” roll was the best, 200 reviews with 4.9 stars for a reason.

Dont let the size fool you from the road. From the outside it looks small but when you get your order it was large. When we walked in, we where greeted and welcomed. Had a great experience from start to finish. Will return again.

I haven’t even finished eaten bc I need everyone to know this place it’s amazing, the food it’s 1000/10, I love cream cheese, salmon & eel sauce, so they recommended “Rock and Roll” & “Blaze” and please do yourself a favor and come here. Simply WOW.

We didn't know this place was in a gas station strip mall beforehand, but we were really happy with the whole experience. Friendly, fast, and absolutely fresh and delicious. I had the salmon fresh roll, added cream cheese. My husband had the Aria roll and a spicy tuna house roll. We each had a drink and a salad. Had leftovers for tomorrow! Will return!!!
