Sushi Gio

Best sushi in Mansfield! We are always blown away with Sushi Gio and how great everything is. We always wish they had more seating so we could go more often but it’s also what keeps it so quaint. Quality over quantity is the name of the game!

It was my first time and the ambience was very relaxing and felt like home. The place was well kept and the people were absolutely amazing in welcoming and services! The food was quite delicious and fresh. From their piping hot miso soup to their sushi rolls so exquisitely made. I’d highly recommend Sushi Gio for anyone who wants a nice relaxing evening with friends or just yourself.

Delicious and fresh sushi! I love their selection of rolls and how it's served on a boat. I highly recommend trying the salmon belly sushi, charming roll, salmon torched roll and snow mountain roll. The butterfly kiss roll is also good for those who don't want rice. It can get very busy, however, just be patient. It's definitely worth the wait.

Great service, even better sushi. Be prepared for a wait though, with only five tables and some bar seating, it would be best to order ahead.

Sushi Gio is a tiny, cozy sushi spot in with just a few tables, so it feels pretty homey. You order from a screen at your table, which is easy but also a little confusing. They’d let us know that whatever is not on the screen from the menu is not available for order. The scallop and salmon belly were the stars. They sear the salmon belly lightly so it’s not chewy, and it just melts in your mouth. Prices were really fair for the quality, so I left feeling happy and full without breaking the bank.
