Wow. Just wow. Chef Freddy absolutely blew me away. Every single piece of sushi was incredible — you can feel the care, precision, and passion he puts into his craft. Watching him work behind the counter was mesmerizing — calm, focused, and every movement with purpose. The wagyu nigiri literally melted the second it hit my tongue, and the otoro with caviar might honestly be one of the best bites of sushi I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully balanced. The whole vibe was intimate and relaxed, but elevated at the same time. You can tell Chef Freddy takes huge pride in what he does, and it really shows in every detail. If you love sushi and want an unforgettable experience, this place — and Chef Freddy — are a must. 🍣🔥

Amazing food. Incredible service to accommodate our party. Non existent in many dining establishments. Omakase hits.

The food was great and the quality of the omakase itself lived up to expectations. However, the service at the end was disappointing and felt dishonest. The restaurant printed their own bill with a preset tip already applied for our party of 4, leaving no room for adjustment. This felt misleading and unethical, and unfortunately overshadowed what could have been a great dining experience.

Absolutely lovely experience from start to finish. Zoya was so attentive, personable and humorous and Vincent masterfully made uniquely delicious nigiri. This is a new location that opened in March, and it is spotlessly clean and cozy. Highly recommend coming here either solo or with others —you’ll have a great meal and time.
