SUSHARK in Sarasota exceeded all my expectations. The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Every roll we tried was perfectly balanced, and you can truly taste the quality of the ingredients. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and welcoming—perfect for both a casual dinner and a special night out. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making great recommendations and ensuring we had an amazing dining experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for top-quality sushi in Sarasota, SUSHARK is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone who loves great food and excellent service!

Loved our experience at Sushark! Tyson was our server and he was absolutely FANTASTIC!! Super personable, knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. They have great “deals” on different days of the week that are fun. Definitely a new favorite in the Gulf Gate area!

An amazing dining experience! Food and atmosphere was great, and our server Tyson made sure we were well taken care of! Definitely recommend coming for Ladies Thursday, my mom, grandma and I loved it!

I got take out, but the restaurant was really nice. I loved the lit stone at the bar. The sushi was really good but could have done without the weird tray holder. It was hard to get the sushi out in one piece if you leave it in, but it is removable. I got the swole roll. Drink were a little over priced but that’s standard everywhere so. I’d go back for sure if I’m in the area.

Absolutely amazing sushi — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. Everything we ordered was spot on, and you can really tell they care about quality.
