Sus Hi Eatstation - Altamonte Springs, FL

I’m really disappointed with my order. We specifically ordered a roll with cream cheese, and it’s clearly written on the receipt. But what we received has absolutely no cream cheese in it. How is this even acceptable? On top of that, the rolls are so tiny that even my pinky finger is thicker than them. We paid for a specific item and did not get what we ordered. This is misleading and very unprofessional. I hope the restaurant takes responsibility and fixes this issue!

I went in at 10:14 accidentally thinking the store was opened. I got looked at more like stared at like if I was an idiot, it was just uncomfortable. They should’ve had the doors locked till open if that’s their response to their own mistake. There was one employee who told me they were open at 11:00 in a respectful tone which I appreciate cause I didn’t like that I was just looked at by the others disrespectfully. Anyways I come back later and made an online pick up order. Idk if it’s because I didn’t tip but I paid for Cheetos and I’ve gotten this plenty times before and it doesn’t look like this. Also I only removed jalapeños. I don’t get why my burrito only has meat and Mac and cheese. I don’t know why it felt like almost everything else was removed too. I didn’t taste any bacon nor on

Food looks nothing like the like the advertised product. The food was cold. I’m guessing that is supposed to be grilled chicken? Highly dissatisfied. I went to the counter and they said they don’t refunds is that a store wide policy?

The food is amazing here. The burrito had the right amount of spiciness and kick to it. I got the Cluckin' Good Burrito. Highly recommend. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Seating area was clean and a good vibe. (I picked it up but I could see on the way to the counter)

Some of the best food I’ve had in the area. The workers were sweet and accommodating. The food was so good I literally couldn’t stop eating.
