DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$$ WITH THIS COMPANY. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company was listed as one of only a couple approved providers of books to inmates at the facility my son is currently incarcerated in. I placed his order for 3 books with confidence that the turn around rate on delivery would be reasonable. My son received notification that delivery would take 5-12 weeks. When I reached out to "customer service" to verify this information I got a string of copy/paste responses that never directly answered my questions before the responses just stopped altogether. I sent a follow up email 2 weeks later, that has still gone unanswered a month after my order was placed and they happily received my money. I have received no indication that any of the books have even left

What I appreciate most is how they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They made sure all my concerns were addressed, which made the whole process much easier! Very good experience 😍
