Surcheros - Hinesville, GA

We had a great experience. I had a bowl and my wife had a taco. Both were tremendous. Being able to tell the person behind the buffet line what you want and how much you want of it is a great idea. I especially liked the hot sauce bar that allows you to choose one of at least a dozen different types of hot sauce, Plus a variety of salsas were available as well. It may be one of the only places we return to eat while spending the next week in Hinesville. We were very impressed.

They stole my food and money. Employees are rude ,manager just as rude, and they call the cops on you if you ask for your money back ! The employees also offer unwanted parenting advice for wanting a warm meal for my family. I wouldn’t recommend your family pet to eat here . Because of my experience, I highly do not recommend this establishment at all. I would like to save the heart ache for the next customer. Your food will be cold and you will be mocked for asking for a remake and cops called on you when you ask for your money back . They kept my food and money

I absolutely love this restaurant and how amazing the food tastes. Me and my best friend stopped in for lunch to get a quick bite to eat. I ordered one of their chicken bowls and it was very filling! Out of all the other restaurants, this is my go to place for any bowl! The service was great and the environment was clean.

Burritos are always fire Service normally good depends who is working as at least one of the staff has an attitude as if you killed their mother You will always be charged a different price each time you go and get a different amount of chips with your burrito tonight I got a pitiful amount

We left the establishment and took our business somewhere. I eat at Surcheros quite often in my hometown and usually have a good experience. Unfortunately, my visit to this location left me extremely disappointed. First, the restaurant was not clean. The serving area had food scattered everywhere, and the overall hygiene was lacking. The employee I encountered displayed uncaring and unprofessional behavior, engaging in unsanitary practices. I observed him using a metal utensil lid to tap off rice into the trash can, which is unacceptable for maintaining food safety standards. Additionally, the employee's appearance was not up to par. His pants were sagging to the point where we could see his underwear. This is simply unacceptable in a workplace setting. After reading other reviews, it
