Superfruit Republic - Westminster

Went in and the little girl was hanging out in the seating area and slowly got up once we were all the way in. I went specifically for the hot bowls and sandwiches to pair with my smoothie I also saw online. She said they don’t sell the sandwiches anymore and directed me to the little cooler in front on the store. She said those are the only food items she had. You’d think she would have informed me and me and my boyfriend were deciding over the menu. So we just left. Weird experience. No wonder no one was there and she was chillin. She makes sure of it.

This is my favorite place to go. Their bowls are incredible and beautiful. The acai is not overwhelming and not absurdly sweet. Plus, every single person that works here is kind. My favorites are the classic bowl (with peanut butter on top), the blueberry pumpkin bowl, and the create your own bowl (banana, blueberry, pumpkin seeds, peanut butter).

Came here twice during my travels - the avocado toast is so good I was thinking about it days after I tried it. The picture I took doesn’t do it justice. Thick, nutritious dense toast with an extra thick layer of smashed avocado with freshly ground sea salt and pepper, along with a lemon wedge to squeeze on top. 👩‍🍳💋 The coffee is also pretty good along with the smoothies. They have some interesting combinations but the one with ginger in it was great!

When you walk in, you are greeted by friendly staff. I had the Tropical Bowl. The fruit was fresh and delicious. This was new to me. I look forward to going again and trying something new.

Personally love this place. I always order ahead - and I always have a special request to swap out bananas on top (bc I hate them) and the crew here has never messed up my order. Everyone working has always greeted me with a smile and quickly passed off my to go order. That’s all I ask for! Polite, quick service and a place that actually reads the order notes :)
