Superbowl Lanes

What a terrible experience for my daughter’s 13 birthday! Not only did they not have my reservation I called two weeks in advance to book but they were booked solid. They very young and super helped girl at the front was able to find us two lanes to bowl but the people wouldn’t get off the lane to let us start bowling so we wasted about 20 mins of our hour waiting. Not only was the cost way greater then stated when booking. I also went to order my pizza which I was told on the phone wasn’t a problem to being at the place ordering pizza and they saying sorry but they had to many pizzas ordered and would be able to as they were “to busy” so we had no pizza or pop for our party! Worst birthday ever for her

Terrible customer service. I reserved 2 lanes 1.5 weeks before family day weekend. Turns out they over booked. There was a tournament on. No one called me to let me know. My party of 13 showed up to a PACKED alley. We were told to wait until the lanes were sorted out. We went to the bar and waited 1 hour. No sorry. We were given 2 lanes that kept shutting down/malfunctioning. I paid over $200 for the crappiest bowling experience of my life. Will not be returning.

I've been bowling here for about 4 years and the maintenance on the machines was bad from the get go and every year it gets worse. The machines, the scoring computer and the bowl returns have something wrong, every week if it ain't the pins not reseting right it's the computer where buttons are not working or it's the ball return something happening to the balls getting gouged, the reset button doesn't work. Last 2 weeks my team got off lanes took more ten 3 hours and each time the lanes were broken down more then 30 minutes and they didn't move us. This is unacceptable, and they are trying to blame us, saying we are taking to long to bowl. The management is horrible here, they make the rose bowl look good, who is also bad.

Had a very bad experience, I do NOT recommend going too this place it’s dirty, smelly, and unorganized. And horrible customer service and horrible lanes kept breaking down every 5 mins.and very expensive for a horrible place

We payed $88 for four people for unlimited bowling. After one game we were asked to move lanes because a larger party was coming in and was going to use the two adjacent lanes. We were happy to move and did so no problem. After 1 frame our lane glitched and after multiple attempts to reset it ourself, it wasn’t working at all. We asked someone (who happened to work in the bar) for assistance and they said that someone was working on it and it should be back up shortly. We waited 30+ minutes and we had nobody that was actually working on the issue come to give us an update. We asked for an update ourselves and weren’t really given much of an answer other than it was busy. Meanwhile the lane we had been asked to move from was still open as the large party had not yet shown up over an hour af
