Super Chix - Chicken & Custard

Never heard of this place before but gosh oh man what a great place to eat definitely raising the level on freshness, sauces, fries, and so much more. I ordered the avocado sandwich and man the lettuce and tomato was so beautiful all packed in a potato bun so good. The service was exceptional. The place was a delightful dining room experience. Macon just leveled up with a good restaurant. I lOVE this place definitely coming back and definitely on my top fav list of places to eat.

Cameron and Mia were my fav! The staff is so attentive! Constantly walking around and checking with customers to see if they’re OK or if they need anything. They didn’t mind bringing sauces, silverware, or even dumping the trays when customers were leaving. The kitchen was fully staffed, so waiting for your food didn’t take long. As soon as you sat down, your food was being delivered to the table within about five minutes or so. The food was so good! That atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing!

Super Chix is the chicken version of 5 Guys! Everything on the menu is à la carte and there are no combo meals. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my meal to get brought to the table, however Kamal, the manager, came out to apologize for the delay without me even prompting. Hell, I’ve spent 25 minutes waiting for crap from other McRestaurants. I’ll easily wait 15 minutes if my fries, sandwich and chicken strips are all served fresh and piping hot! The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. While I was eating, Evelynn, Madison & Kamal, all stopped to check if there was anything I needed. Evelyn & Madison both told me about their frozen custard flavors. Evelyn brought me a card advertising their rewards program. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming. All in all a nice place. To me their chicken is not great, but they have a dipping sauce bar so you can have a variety of flavors instead of just ordering one kind. Place was clean and service was good. Fries were good.

This is such a great addition to the mall! The location is beautiful. The service was fast and friendly. The food was absolutely DIVINE! I foresee many, many more visits in my near future. What a wonderful addition to Macon. Happy you’re here!!
