Sunshine Coffee

This place is as good as it looks! I can’t wait to go back to try more of the menu items. It was crowded but the line moves really fast. Great coffee doesn’t come in an instant !! The Miami iced was perfect - it’s so refreshing to order an iced coffee and get something quality rather than the typical brown coffee flavored juice pretty much every breakfast spot in Miami Beach dishes out. Had the donuts and they’re made fresh to order. Such a treat, Japanese egg salad without going to Japan! So good and the bagel with lox spread. Loved the spread - the bagel could be better ;)

Sunshine Coffee is such a bright and happy spot—literally! The yellow theme instantly caught my attention, and the whole vibe inside feels positive and welcoming. 🌞 I ordered the strawberry flower matcha and it was incredible—refreshing, not too sweet, and layered with flavor. 🍓🍵 But the real star for me was the sunshine sando. It sounded simple at first, but WOW—phenomenal flavor, perfectly cooked, and so satisfying. Honestly one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had in Miami. The menu is creative and fun, with plenty of options for coffee and matcha lovers alike. Between the food, drinks, and uplifting atmosphere, Sunshine Coffee is definitely a new favorite. Can’t wait to come back!

Finally got to check out sunshine coffee. Ordered a simple iced vanilla latte, great flavor. My only thing was the price for the baked goods that were the size of a sample. If I could upload a pic I would. But fun little place right in Hispanola way.
