Sunset Hwy Bar & Grill

I was initially a little hesitant about visiting Sunset Highway Bar and Grill, since the name made me think it would be more of a typical bar atmosphere. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was more of a welcoming restaurant. The interior was clean, well cared for, and had a comfortable feel that set the tone for a good evening. We arrived at 8:15 p.m., and to my surprise, the restaurant was still open and accommodating, even with closing time only about 45 minutes away. The host greeted us warmly and, despite our party of six not having a reservation, he seated us without hesitation. My wife and I decided to try dinner here at the Sunset Hwy bar and grill. She got the steak and I got the Sunset burger and was not disappointed. 1/2 lb burger was big and absolutely delicious, steak was juicy and full of flavor. If you got the road munchies or passing by, I highly recommend you stop and grab a bite. Fries are top tier 🥰

The food was fantastic and the service was great. The burger was fantastic and any sandwich you get will be tasty. Plenty of options to suit everyone's needs.

We decided to try this place on our way back home to Portland. We had huevos rancheros and steak eggs Benedict. The food was perfect. Definitely a little different in preparation (better) than many other places we ate. Can't recommend it enough. Definitely worth a try.
