I love that they have bubble tea and it’s a really good deal!

Literally such a good place I've been going here since I was younger and they make REALLY GOOD BUBBLE TEA and they have cheap good prices and they make the bubble tea within 3 minutes and its cheap too, like literally the only bubble tea place ive been too that has such low prices for baked goods etc. Most of their stuff they serve is in chinese though so I can't really understand what kind of baked goods they have but they do have a menu but theyve changed their prices over the years and they havent updated it yet but if you want cheap good bubble tea and cheap baked goods go here!!! the bubble tea is 2.75 btw and its in a decent sized cup. <3

The lunch specials are such a good deal 3 sides with rice and soup for such a low price and the workers are extremely nice too

Not only is this a bakery, but they serve quite a bit of food. Tried a few items and found them not too greasy or salty. The bao and po tot was also not overly sweet. This is more towards my taste and that is hard to find in a restaurant where everything is tooo much.
