Sunny Days Cafe and Yoga

Absolutely wonderful space and the owner, Veronica, is so sweet! Her drinks and food are delicious and she has our entire family hooked 😋 The atmosphere is so relaxing and clean and well decorated with relaxing tunes. Her yoga space is adorable and my family will be attending her classes soon! Such a great place and a great experience. Love this new little coffee shop. The atmosphere is great, very welcoming and has some great picture moments. I tried both the boba and ice latte and highly recommend. The barista (Veronica) is also super kind and you can’t beat those prices which is a plus. I’m definitely coming back again for a little hang out session or study time.

This place is great, her coffee are amazing she also has yoga classes. You can also have your special event, I had my 50th birthday here and it was amazing. The owner Does a great job making everyone comfortable. I highly recommend this place let’s support our local businesses! Specially if it great!

5 stars for this adorable yoga studio and cafe! Their hours for yoga and the cafe hours are clearly posted on their site so be sure to look ahead of time. I was delighted to see they have yoga almost every day and classes are good quality. The cafe portion is very sweet and has plenty of seating. I'm looking forward to a sound bath or other type of class here - the studio has such good energy. Can't wait to try their food and drinks - the menu looks great!

Update: I have been going to the yoga classes, weeknights, for over a month now. I have seen so much progress on my flexibility, coordination, and endurance. It's amazing that such a docile workout, that anyone can do, quietly works wonders with your body. Veronica is an amazing instructor, I have been doing yoga for years, experiencing many instructors. She creates a welcoming environment for beginners to intermediate by giving variations of each pose so you choose what you want to do. I feel relaxed, focused, and stronger with each class. I am 54 and refuse to get rusty, hunched, and get stiff joints... I see so many people slowly and unknowingly give into these issues as they age. Veronica just started Saturday classes at 9am. Yay!
