Would give a zero. Drove all the way there to find out they closed 15 minutes early today! I had no way to know that. Called and mailbox is full, can’t leave a message. Ordering what I needed off Amazon. Always open….
The heavy-set girl who runs the counter could really use a lesson in customer service… Overall, pricing is a bit high, but you’re paying for the convenience of not having to wait for shipping.
Extremely disappointed with quality of products, was expecting durability from restaurant supply. FirmGrip can opener broke with less than 20 uses, Aluminum sheet pan started corroding immediately. Only thing that hasn't disappointed was a skillet handle cover.
We use Sunflower for some supplies for our business. Really knowledgeable staff & very friendly. Great Service, Great Selection.
Super helpful staff, if they don't have it they will find it.
