Sun Valley Snowballs, Inc.

The snowballs were great and the service was excellent. My kids were in heaven. The marshmallow topping was just right. Appeared very clean on the inside and they used gloves. We are new to the area and so happy to find an our go to place!

We usually go here about 3 times a week during the warmer seasons. My boyfriend always likes to try different flavors, but I stick to the tried and true egg custard flavor. It always hits the spot. He hasn't been disappointed either. It's always the perfect ratio of ice to flavoring and if you get marshmallow added to it they will put it in the center instead of as a topper. It allows it mix better and feels less wasted because it mingles better with the flavoring. On top of their delightful snow cones, their service is also excellent. They always recognize us and greet us with big smiles. Plus they have a stamp card so you can earn your way to a free snow cone.

They have great customer service I visit at least twice to three times a week. Whether it’s me or my coworker but today will be my last visit unfortunately. I was the last one to get my snowballs as I watched everyone receive a card for each visit rewards card I wasn’t offered one.

So good! Nothing like a classic egg custard with fluff!

Great snowballs but the older lady wasn’t very friendly. I handed her my money and she put my change on the counter. I said thank you she said nothing. The little girl serving handed me my snowball I said thank you she said nothing! Yeah they are good but I can surely take my business elsewhere. And that’s sad because I have been coming here since a kid.
