Awful experience, said they were coming to turn on the gas and didn’t, we have spent 5 days without hot water after moving into a new house with a family. We were home the entire day and said they came and never did. Took an hour on the phone to be told they were coming, and never showed. Never called. They should be put out of buisness

SUMMIT EMPLOYEE ROAD RAGE and VANDALISM A Summit truck (employee) was in my neighborhood a couple of weeks ago, at a busy stop sign intersection. He was on his phone, not paying attention to the traffic. Cars in front of him were pulling up and turning onto the main street. It was a school morning and I was taking my daughter to school. Trying to, anyway. My home street is perpendicular to the street he was on, and he was actually blocking me from exiting my street and turning left. He continued to sit there as two and three cars advanced into the intersection, leaving a large 2-3 car space in front of him. I wondered if he was going to get out of the truck and pull out traffic cones -- was he stopping to do some work? So I took the left and pulled in front of him. At that time he revved h

I am a new customer with Summit Utilities. I received my first bill in the mail late January early, February, due Feb. 13. I set up auto-payment Feb. 9th or 10th. Payment didn't go tho on the 13th and had to manually do it on the 14th. They are still trying to charge me a late fee. Even tho their system didn't work correctly.

Hands down worst utility company I have ever dealt with and I’ve lived from the New England to central Arkansas. And they are nothing less than an embarrassment of a company. Refuse to help or serve their customers. Every time you call them they lie on the phone. I have stood side by side with my roommate talking to 2 different representatives on the phone about our apartment, both representatives told us completely opposite information. And neither could actually help us. Their service teams are inconsistent and rude. This company should be put out of business.
